Biological Activity
1. ETZ (6.8 mM) is made by dissolving 25% HP-β-CD and 20% PEG-400 in ~3 mL of normal saline pre-supplemented with 5% (w/v) NaHCO3.
2. 100 μL of ETZ (6.8 mM) is delivered to mice via tail vein right after intracranial cell injection.
3. Bioluminescence images are acquired with a BLI system.
