Biological Activity
(+)-Mornaphthoate E (Compound 10) (0.50-45.0 μM; 48 h) exhibits non-selective cytotoxicity against A549, MCF-7, and MDA-MB-231 cells with IC50 values of 10.54 ± 0.18 μM, 15.52 ± 0.65 μM, and 11.83 ± 0.22 μM, respectively[1].
