4-PSQ (1 mg/kg; p.o.; daily; 10 days) reverses Vincristine (HY-N0488A)-induced impairments in cognitive, depression-like and anxiety-like behaviors in mice^[1].

Result:

Restored short-term and long-term memory impairments induced by vincristine in both sexes.
Normalized depressive-like behavior in both sexes.
Reversed anxiety-like behavior in both sexes.
Counteracted vincristine-induced inhibition of Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase activity in the cerebral cortex, spinal cord, and cerebellum of male mice, and in the cerebellum of female mice.
Normalized vincristine-induced increased p21 mRNA expression in the cerebral cortex of female mice.
Normalized vincristine-induced increased NFκB mRNA expression in the cerebral cortex of male mice, and in the spinal cord of male and female mice.
