Davutamig (REGN-5093) is a human IgG4-kappa, anti-MET bispecific antibody. Davutamig binds 2 distinct epitopes of MET, blocking ligand binding and inducing MET internalization and degradation.     Flow Cytometry analysis of A549 cells labelling c-MET (red) with Davutamig (anti-c-MET) (HY-P990073). Cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
