DS-1103a
DS-1103a is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting SIRPa/CD172a. DS-1103a inhibits the interaction between SIRPα and CD47. DS-1103a enhances antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis of cancer cells. DS-1103a can be used for the research of solid tumors. The recommended isotype control is: Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa, (HY-P99003).

DS-1103a binds to recombinant human SIRPα V1, with an association rate constant kon of 8.08 × 105 M-1s-1 and a dissociation rate constant koff of 4.98 × 10-4 s-1[1].
DS-1103a (0.001-10 μg/mL; 1 h at 4°C) binds to CHO-K1 cells expressing human SIRPα V1, SIRPα V2, SIRPβ1 and SIRPγ in a concentration-dependent manner[1].
DS-1103a (0.001-10 μg/mL; pre-incubated prior to CD47-Fc addition) inhibits the interaction between CHO-K1 cells expressing human SIRPα V1/V2 and CD47 in a concentration-dependent manner[1].
DS-1103a (0.001-1000 nM; 1 h at 4°C) binds to human monocyte-derived M2-like macrophages in a concentration-dependent manner[1].
DS-1103a (4 h) significantly enhances Dato-DXd-induced antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis of human lung cancer LK-2 cells by human monocyte-derived M2-like macrophages[1].
