Eleocharin A (compound 1) (0.05-16 mg/mL; 30 min) exhibits strong DPPH radical scavenging activity in cell-free antioxidant assays^[2].
Eleocharin A (0.1 mg/mL; 20 min) exhibits iron-reducing capacity in cell-free assays^[2].
