LGP-CL
LGP-CL is a chemiluminescent probe. LGP-CL can be used to evaluate elevated protease levels in both in vitro and in vivo systems, and to distinguish hepatocellular carcinoma cells from normal cells and other cancer cell lines. LGP-CL is applicable to liver cancer-related research.

Administration:intratumoral injection; 50 μL volume

Result:Increased chemiluminescent (CL) signal immediately after injection, reaching peak intensity at 20-30 minutes.
Showed robust CL signals significantly higher than those in groups pretreated with APN inhibitor bestatin, DPPIV inhibitor PT-100, or both inhibitors.
