NOTA-AE105 is a uPAR-targeting PET imaging ligand. NOTA-AE105 can be radiolabeled with 64Cu and 68Ga. NOTA-AE105 binds to the urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor, thereby enabling PET imaging of uPAR expression in tumor tissues. NOTA-AE105 can be used for research on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and glioblastoma.
