SIS3 (Standard)
SIS3 (Standard) is the analytical standard of SIS3 (HY-13013). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. SIS3 is a potent and selective inhibitor of Smad3 with an IC50 of 3 μM for Smad3 phosphorylation. SIS3 inhibits the myofibroblast differentiation of fibroblasts by TGF-β1.
