Juncuenin B (10-100 µM; 24 h) induces concentration-dependent cytotoxicity and caspase-3-mediated apoptosis in HT22 mouse hippocampal cells[1].
Juncuenin B (0.1-30 µM; 72 h) exhibits antiproliferative activity against HeLa and A2780 cells (IC50 = 2.9 μM and 7.3 μM, respectively) and is inactive against NIH/3T3 cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
