Description

Kidney-targeting peptide is a kidney-targeting peptide (KTP). Kidney-targeting peptide significantly enhances the renal targeting ability of Isoquercitrin (HY-N1445). Kidney-targeting peptide can be used in diabetic nephropathy research[1].

In Vivo

kidney-targeting peptide (Isoquercitrin: 300 μg/mL; intravenous injection; single administration) significantly enhances the renal targeting of vectors in healthy mice, achieving a renal accumulation level of 20% ID/g while reducing off-target distribution to other major organs[1].
