CK2-IN-3 (compound 31, 1 nM-100 μM) inhibits CK2 activities in permeabilized cells, with IC₅₀ values of 8 nM (CK2α) and 38 nM (CK2α’)^[1].
CK2-IN-3 (10 µM, 48 h) shows no significant cytotoxicity across 60 cancer cell lines^[1].
