DL-poly (lactic acid) matrix tablets achieve complete release of Diclofenac Sodium (HY-15037) within 40 days (with faster release under pH 7.4 conditions), and partial to near-complete release of Propranolol (HY-B0573B) within 60 days (with accelerated release after 35 days under pH 5.4 conditions) via a mechanism combining diffusion and polymer degradation^[1].
DL-Poly (lactic acid)-coated microcapsules can retard the release of Cyclazocine^[2].
