Erbicin

Erbicin (50-500 nM; 2 h) binds to soluble ErbB2-ECD with a K_d of 50 nM as measured by ELISA, and binds to ErbB2-positive cells with a K_d of 5 nM as measured by ELISA^[1].
Erbicin (5-700 nM; 200 s association, 300 s dissociation) binds to soluble ErbB2-ECD, and its K_d is determined as 46.7 nM by SPR kinetic analysis [1].
Erbicin (~3 μM; 400 s intervals) binds to soluble ErbB2-ECD in solution, with a K_d of 77 nM and a binding stoichiometry of 1:1 measured by ITC^[1].
