OZD-MET 01 is a chaperone-based PROTAC-class MET protein degrader. OZD-MET 01 induces MET protein degradation in lung cancer cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner and inhibits cancer cell proliferation. In Vitro

OZD-MET 01 (administered consecutively for 3 days) potently inhibits the viability of H596 and H1437 cells, with IC₅₀ values of 3.07 μM and 3.50 μM, respectively^[1].
OZD-MET 01 (2.5-10 μM; 6-72 h) induces more than 50% degradation of c-MET protein in H596 and H1437 cells^[1].
OZD-MET 01 (5 μM; 16 h, co-treated with 100 nM proteasome inhibitor Bortezomib (HY-10227)) mediates UPS-dependent c-MET degradation in H596 and H1437 cells, and the recovery rate of c-MET expression exceeds 50% after co-treatment with the proteasome inhibitor Bortezomib^[1].
