(R)-PVTX-405 (0.017 nM-10 μM; 6 h) induces IKZF2 degradation in HEK293 IKZF2 HiBiT cells, with a DC₅₀ of 4.1 nM and a maximum degradation rate of 89%^[1].
(R)-PVTX-405 is the (R)-enantiomer of PVTX-405 (HY-172930) (compound 16a). PVTX-405 is a selective oral IKZF2 molecular glue degrader with a DC₅₀ of 0.7 nM and a D_max of 91%. PVTX-405 improves degradation efficiency, significantly reduces off-target degradation, and attenuates hERG inhibition with an IC₅₀ of 48 µM^[1].
