LIMK2-IN-1 is a LIMK2 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.039 μM) that binds the DFG-out hydrophobic pocket in an allosteric, non-ATP-competitive manner without interacting with the hinge region, and is highly selective relative to representative kinases and LIMK1. LIMK2-IN-1 can be used for LIMK2-related research.
