Mafenide Acetate also exhibits antifungal activity against filamentous fungi (e.g., Lichtheimia and Aspergillus flavus). Mafenide Acetate can be used in the research of skin grafts on burn wounds, post-traumatic invasive fungal infections, and bacterially contaminated wounds.
