MAO-B-IN-63
MAO-B-IN-63 (compound 4d) is a selective human monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.581 μM. MAO-B-IN-63 blocks the catalytic cycle of monoamine oxidase, thereby reducing neurotransmitter metabolism and hydrogen peroxide production. MAO-B-IN-63 can be used in the research of Parkinson's disease.
