MINA53-IN-1 (compound 10) inhibits the proliferation of HL-60 acute promyelocytic leukemia cells after 48 h, with an IC50 of 14 μM[1].
MINA53-IN-1 (10-100 μM; 72-120 h) reduces the viability of U-87MG glioblastoma cells, MNK-45 gastric cancer cells and HeLa cervical cancer cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner[1].
MINA53-IN-1 (10-20 μM; 24 h) induces DNA damage, G2/M cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in U-87MG cells, and acts synergistically with Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) to enhance apoptosis[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
