MT-44
MT-44 is a highly selective and potent mTOR inhibitor with an IC50 of 49.4 nM. MT-44 can inhibit cancer cells proliferation, migration and invasion. MT-44 can induce cells apoptosis and ROS production and cause G2/M phase arrest. MT-44 can activate the cGAS/STING pathway. MT-44 can be used for the research of cancer, such as triple-negative breast cancer.

Biological Activity
MT-44 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity against TNBC cells MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 with IC50 values of 66.5 nM and 148.2 nM respectively[1].
MT-44 (0.25-1.0 μM, 12-48 h) concentration-dependently inhibits the migration and induces G2/M phase arrest in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
MT-44 (0.05-0.5 μM) significantly inhibits colony formation and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
MT-44 (0.5-2.0 μM, 24 h) concentration-dependently induces apoptosis, promotes autophagy and increases intracellular ROS accumulation in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
MT-44 (0.5-2.0 μM, 24h) downregulates the phosphorylation levels of p-P70S6K, p-Akt, and p-4EBP1and upregulates phosphorylated proteins in the cGAS/STING pathway in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
