Description
In Vitro
Under mutagenicity testing conditions, N2-MIE-dG is the predominant adduct formed in SULT-expressing *Salmonella typhimurium*[1].
N2-MIE-dG is abundantly formed in herring sperm DNA incubated with (±)-1'-acetoxymethyleugenol[1].
