PMV-IN-1
PMV-IN-1 is a plasmepsin V (PMV) inhibitor with an IC50 of 22 μM against Plasmodium vivax PMV. PMV-IN-1 reversibly and non-covalently inhibits Plasmodium aspartic proteases without causing time-dependent inactivation or covalent adduct formation. PMV-IN-1 can be used for research on malaria.

PMV-IN-1 (Compound 11ad) (0.01-100 μM; 60 min) inhibits PvPMV in a reversible, noncovalent manner with an IC50 of 22 μM[1].
PMV-IN-1 (0.01-100 μM) shows 7-fold selectivity for PvPMV over human cathepsin D[1].
