PNR-3-82
Based on 1 Customer Validation
PNR-3-82 is a highly selective inhibitor of endonuclease G (EndoG) with an IC50 value of 0.61 μM against EndoG. As a non-competitive inhibitor, PNR-3-82 blocks EndoG-mediated DNA fragmentation. PNR-3-82 enhances the in vivo delivery efficiency of plasmid DNA and exhibits bioprotective effects against drug-related injuries and other cell/tissue damages. PNR-3-82 can be used in studies related to prostate cancer.

Biological Activity
PNR-3-82 potently inhibits recombinant mouse and human EndoG with an IC50 of 0.61 μM, acting as an uncompetitive inhibitor[1].
PNR-3-82 (1 μM; 1 h) inhibits recombinant mouse and human EndoG-mediated plasmid DNA degradation in a plasmid incision assay[1].
PNR-3-82 exhibits high specificity for EndoG, is inactive against DNase II, and has no inhibitory effect on RNase A, proteases, LDH, or SOD1[1].
PNR-3-82 (50 μM; 2 h pre-incubation, followed by 24 h co-incubation with cisplatin) reduces Cisplatin (HY-17394)-induced cell death in natural EndoG-expressing 22Rv1 human prostate carcinoma cells[1].
PNR-3-82 (50 μM; 2 h pre-incubation, followed by 24 h co-incubation with docetaxel) reduces Docetaxel (HY-B0011)-induced cell death and DNA fragmentation in EndoG-overexpressing PC3 human prostate adenocarcinoma cells[1].
