PR280 (10 μM; 20 h pre-incubation followed by 4 h substrate incubation) inhibits Des1 activity by 86% in intact T98G cells when used at 10 μM for 20 h pre-incubation followed by 4 h substrate incubation[1].
PR280 (0.1-10 μM; 4 h) exhibits dose-dependent inhibition of Des1 activity in T98G cell lysates, with an IC50 of 700 nM[1].
