PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2
PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 is a PROTAC degrader targeting eDHFR. PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 promotes the formation of a ternary complex between eDHFR-tagged proteins and the E3 ligase Cereblon, driving ubiquitin-proteasome-mediated degradation. PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 downregulates eDHFR-YFP in lymphoid cells and embryonic kidney cells. PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 can be used in studies related to metastatic ovarian cancer.

PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 (compound 7b) (2 nM-100 μM; 4-24 h) potently degrades eDHFR-YFP in JURKAT-eDHFR-YFP cells, achieving nearly complete degradation at a concentration of 100 nM within 4 h of incubation[1].
PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 (2 nM-100 μM; 24 h) effectively degrades eDHFR-YFP in HEK293T-eDHFR-YFP cells[1].
