Biological Activity
Purpurin 18 (0-10 μM, 24 h) shows cytotoxicity to 4T1 cells under light reaction conditions, exhibiting strong photodynamic activity[1].
Purpurin 18 (0.5 μM, 4 h) PDT treatment induces apoptosis in 2D cultured 4T1 cells[1].
Purpurin 18 is mainly accumulated in the lysosomes of 4T1 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
