Quorum sensing-IN-11 (Compound 7f) (24 h) inhibits biofilm, pyocyanin formation and swimming motility in Pseudomonas aeruginosa by 83, 76, 90%^[1].
Quorum sensing-IN-11 (0.1-10 μM; 4 h) potently inhibits LasR in the β-galactosidase reporter assay with an IC₅₀ of 0.7399 ± 0.005 μM^[1].
