RO-5429083 (RG-7356) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD44. RO-5429083 binds to the extracellular domain of CD44 and inhibits constitutive EGFR phosphorylation. RO-5429083 suppresses tumor growth in xenograft models and can be used in research related to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and acute myeloid leukemia^[1][2].
