Dirozalkib
Dirozalkib is an orally active and blood-brain barrier-penetrant ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Dirozalkib inhibits the proliferation of ALK fusion-positive and ALK TKI-resistant tumor cells, and inhibits tumor growth in PDX and intracranial xenograft lung cancer models. Dirozalkib can be used for research related to non-small cell lung cancer.
For research use only. We do not sell to patients.

In Vivo
Dirozalkib (50 mg/kg; p.o.; once daily; for 21 consecutive days) produces potent tumor growth inhibition in the LU-01-0414 non-small cell lung cancer PDX model[1].
Dirozalkib (100 mg/kg; p.o.; once daily; 14 days) inhibits intracranial tumor growth and prolongs survival in the H2228-luc non-small cell lung cancer xenograft model[1].
