LL-37 amide TFA is a selective agonist of formyl peptide receptor-like FPRL1, effectively inhibiting periodontal pathogens (ED99=8.5-8.7 μg/mL). LL-37 amide TFA exerts its bactericidal effect by activating FPRL1-mediated immune cell chemotaxis and disrupting bacterial cell membrane integrity. It can also regulate inflammatory responses (inhibiting the release of factors such as TNF-α) and promote angiogenesis. Amidation modification reduces its sensitivity to serum inhibition and improves its stability. LL-37 amide TFA possesses key activities in bactericidal action, immunomodulation, and wound healing, and is mainly used in research on infection-related diseases such as periodontal disease and deep tissue injuries (pressure ulcers), and wound healing .

Synonyms: BAX499 sodium
ARC19499 sodium is an aptamer that inhibits tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) , thereby enabling clot initiation and propagation via the extrinsic pathway. The core aptamer binds tightly and specifically to TFPI. ARC19499 sodium blocks TFPI inhibition of both factor Xa and the TF/factor VIIa complex. ARC19499 sodium corrects thrombin generation in hemophilia A and B plasma and restores clotting in FVIII-neutralized whole blood.

Dihydroconiferyl alcohol is a cell division factor. Dihydroconiferyl alcohol can be isolated from the American sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus L.). Dihydroconiferyl alcohol inhibits the degradation of Indole-3-acetic acid (HY-18569). Dihydroconiferyl alcohol can stimulate the growth of soybean and tobacco callus tissue and synergistically enhance Indole-3-acetic acid-induced hypocotyl elongation in cucumber. Dihydroconiferyl alcohol can be used in the research of plant growth regulation .

(E/Z)-Necrosulfonamide is a racemic compound of Necrosulfonamide (HY-100573). Necrosulfonamide is a MLKL and Gasdermin D (GSDMD) inhibitor, capable of separately inhibiting necroptosis and pyroptosis of cells. Necrosulfonamide does not affect the activation of upstream signals, but specifically inhibits the downstream executor oligomerization step. Necrosulfonamide reduces the expression of the key kinases NLRP3 and caspase-1 involved in necroptosis and pyroptosis, activate the Nrf2 pathway and the downstream antioxidant enzymes, and also downregulates a variety of inflammatory factors. Necrosulfonamide plays significant roles in various diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases (such as Parkinson’s disease), tissue damage and ischemia-reperfusion injury, inflammatory bowel disease, osteoarthritis and fracture repair, and hair loss by regulating two important programmed necrosis pathways.

Fluorescent Dye

Research Areas:

Dibromobimane is a Fluorescent dye and probe that can be used for the detection of intracellular reduced glutathione and the analysis of spatial proximity of closely adjacent cysteine thiol groups. Dibromobimane activates fluorescence through binding to thiol groups; its excitation/emission wavelengths are Ex/Em = 393/477 nm for glutathione detection, and Ex/Em = 385/477 nm for cysteine thiol cross-linking. Dibromobimane uses two equivalent bromomethyl groups to cross-link cysteine thiolates with a distance ranging from 3-6 Å. Dibromobimane can be applied to 96-well microplate-based high-throughput assays for labeling intracellular glutathione, and its fluorescence signal is normalized against nuclear staining results to eliminate the impact of cell density .
