Cholesteryl linoleate-d11 is the d11-labeled Cholesteryl linoleate (HY-W010697). Cholesteryl linoleate is a cholesteryl ester with antibacterial activity that is present in low-density lipoprotein (LDL) particles, human nasal fluid, and respiratory epithelial secretions. Cholesteryl linoleate is oxidized by 12/15-lipoxygenase in macrophages and participates in selective uptake and efflux via LDL receptor-related protein. Cholesteryl linoleate does not induce endothelial adhesion molecule expression, nor does it induce monocyte binding to endothelial cells. Cholesteryl linoleate liposomal formulations inhibit the growth of multiple bacteria at physiological nasal fluid concentrations and act synergistically with antimicrobial peptides. Cholesteryl linoleate is useful for research related to atherosclerosis and bacterial infections .

5-(3',4'-Dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone is an intestinal microbiota metabolite of (-)-Epicatechin (HY-N0001). 5-(3',4'-Dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone downregulates TNF-α-stimulated phosphorylation of IKK and IκBα, inhibits the transcriptional activation of NF-κB, and suppresses the expression of adhesion molecules and chemokines. 5-(3',4'-Dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone promotes autophagy, alleviates oxidative stress, maintains osteoblast differentiation, induces G1 phase arrest, inhibits adipogenesis, and scavenges ABTS free radicals. 5-(3',4'-Dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone inhibits the adhesion of uropathogenic Escherichia coli to bladder epithelial cells; when used in combination with Curcumin (HY-N0005), it downregulates the NLRP3 and NOX2/Nrf2 signaling pathways, thereby reducing microglial activation. 5-(3',4'-Dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone can be used in research related to diabetes, atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, obesity, neurodegenerative diseases involving microglial activation, and urinary tract infections .

4-Tolyl-d4-sulfonamide (p-Tosylamide-d4) is the d4-labeled p-Toluenesulfonamide (HY-79602). p-Toluenesulfonamide is a small-molecule anticancer agent and plasticizer. p-Toluenesulfonamide exerts antitumor activity by inducing lysosomal membrane permeabilization, cathepsin B release and lysosome-mediated cell death. p-Toluenesulfonamide modulates cholesterol distribution in lipid rafts of tumor cell membranes and the Akt/mTOR/p70S6K pathway. p-Toluenesulfonamide shows activity against various cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer and tongue squamous cell carcinoma; intrapleural injection effectively reduces malignant pleural effusion without causing pleural adhesion. p-Toluenesulfonamide is also the main degradation product of the disinfectant Chloramine-T (HY-B0959) in water. p-Toluenesulfonamide facilitates the localization of fluorescent probes to the endoplasmic reticulum. p-Toluenesulfonamide can be used in cancer-related research .
