Biological Activity
VU0542270 (0-10 μM; 0-90 min) has an inhibitory effect on Kir6.1/SUR2B and can completely inhibit KATP current[1].
VU0542270 (1 nM-100 μM; 20 min) induces contraction of isolated ductus arteriosus in pregnant mice, similar to Glibenclamide (HY-15206)[1].
