Biological Activity
Substance P (4-11) stimulates significantly the proliferation of human T lymphocytes in vitro at concentrations of 1 nM-100 nM, as assessed by the uptake of [3H]thymidine and [3H]leucine[1].
Substance P (4-11) elicites a strong burst of Luminol (Luminol (HY-15922))-enhanced chemiluminescence with a time course and dose-response curves in human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN)[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
