Tesnatilimab
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Tesnatilimab (JNJ-64304500) is a human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting NKG2D, with a KD value of 9.2 pM. Tesnatilimab blocks the binding of ligands to the NKG2D receptor, thereby inhibiting downstream proinflammatory cytokine, cytotoxic mediator signaling pathways and proinflammatory immune responses. Tesnatilimab is applicable to research related to Crohn's disease.

Human IgG4 kappa
Human
NKG2D/CD314
Tesnatilimab (2 weeks) maintains nearly complete NKG2D receptor occupancy (≥ 95%) on CD8+ T cells and NK cells in peripheral blood[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Flow Cytometry analysis of Ramos cells labelling CD314 (red) with Tesnatilimab (HY-P99389). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black). -
Immobilized NKG2D/CD314 Protein, Human can bind Tesnatilimab. The EC50 for this effect is 16.41 ng/mL.
