TG-2-IN-6 (G11) (50 µM; 48 h) induces apoptosis in MCF-7, MDA-MB-436, and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, with the strongest response observed in MDA-MB-231 cells^[1].
TG-2-IN-6 (25-75 µM; 24 h) reduces the number of viable MDA-MB-231 cells, but does not significantly decrease the viability of HEK293 cells under the same conditions^[1].

Others

TG-2-IN-6 (500 µM) inhibits endogenous TG2 transamidase activity in MDA-MB-231 lysates, with a residual activity of 5.23%^[1].
TG-2-IN-6 (0.78-100 µM) inhibits the transamidase activity of purified recombinant human TG2 with an IC₅₀ of 7.64 µM and a Hill slope of -1.3^[1].
TG-2-IN-6 inhibits purified human TG2 in the DMC-DC assay with an IC₅₀ of 482 µM and an estimated K_i of 44 µM assuming competitive inhibition relative to DMC^[1].
