Description

TL13-110 is a negative control for TL13-112 (HY-123919) and a potent ALK inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.34 nM. TL13-110 does not degrade ALK in cells[1].

IC50 & Target

IC50: 0.34 nM (ALK); 81 μM (Cereblon)[1]

In Vitro

TL13-110 also prompts the degradation of additional kinases including Aurora A, FER, PTK2 and RPS6KA1 with IC50 values of 9080 nM, 23.1 nM, 21.2 nM, and 480 nM, respectively.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
