T-10418 (100 nM; 4 min) significantly enhances Capsaicin (HY-10448)-induced TRPV1 responses in primary mouse sensory neurons^[1].
T-10418 (30 μM; 72 h) does not affect the proliferation and viability of Molm13 and ML-2 acute myeloid leukemia cells^[1].

This protocol yields a clear solution of ≥ 5 mg/mL (saturation unknown). If the continuous dosing period exceeds half a month, please choose this protocol carefully.

Taking 1 mL working solution as an example, add 100 μL DMSO stock solution (50.0 mg/mL) to 900 μL Corn oil, and mix evenly.
