Trimer44NMe inhibits the polyamine transport of putrescine (Put), spermidine (Spd), and spermine (Spm) with Ki of 17.4, 2.6, and 0.9 μM, respectively[2].
Trimer44NMe (72 h) exhibits cytotoxicity against human pancreatic cancer cells (L3.6pl) with a maximum tolerated concentration (MTC) of 3 μM and an IC50 of 50 μM[2].
Trimer44NMe (3-10 μM, 15 min) inhibits radiolabeled polyamine uptake in L3.6pl cells[2].
