Biological Activity
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of THP-1 cells labelling Vadastuximab (red) with Vadastuximab Antibody (anti-Vadastuximab) (HY-P99037). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃.Human IgG1 kappa isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
  • Loaded Siglec-3/CD33 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc-His, HY-P72472) on NTA biosensor, can bind Vadastuximab with an affinity constant of 8.459E-11 M as determined in BLI assay.
  • Immobilized Siglec-3/CD33 Protein, Human (HEK293, hFc, HY-P73642) can bind Vadastuximab. The EC50 for this effect is 5.963 ng/mL.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
