VEGFR-2-IN-18 (Compound 15d) shows antiproliferative activities with IC50 values of 24.10 ± 2.12, 40.90 ± 3.46, 33.40 ± 2.92 and 221.25 ± 2.55 µM against HepG2, PC3, MCF-7 and WI-38 cells, respectively[1].
