Biological Activity
ZM600 shows cytotoxicity for LX-2 cells with an IC50 value of 38.17 µM[1].
ZM600 (0, 5, 10, 20 µM; 2+48 h) decreases the protein and mRNA expression of collagen I and α-SM induced by LPS (HY-D1056) and TGF-β1[1].
ZM600 (0, 5, 10, 20 µM; 2+2 h) decreases the LPS (HY-D1056) and TGF-β1 induced protein expression of p-p65, p-Smad2/3 and p-AKT in LX-2 cells[1].
