(2''S)-2'',3''-Dihydrodelicaflavone (compound 1) (0-100 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of A549 and H1299 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells, with IC50 values of 3.1 μM and 7.3 μM, respectively, and exhibits low cytotoxicity toward non-cancerous MRC-5 cells[1].
(2''S)-2'',3''-Dihydrodelicaflavone (3 μM; 24 h) induces apoptosis in A549 cells[1].
