Sirt2-IN-1 (Compound 9) is a sirtuin 2 (Sirt2) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 163 nM.

SJFα is a selective p38α PROTAC degrader with a DC₅₀ of 7.16   nM and D_max of 97.4%. SJFα is far less effective at degrading p38δ (DC₅₀ = 299 nM). SJFαcan be used for the research of cancer, such as breast cancer.

PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 is a PRRSV/CD163 inhibitor. PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 can inhibit the interaction between the PRRSV glycoprotein (GP2a or GP4) and the CD163-SRCR5 domain. PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 can be used for the research of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) .

Lipopolysaccharides (LPS), from S. enterica (Salmonella enterica) serotype minnesota Re 595 (Re mutant) is prepared from Salmonella enterica strain Re 595 (Re mutant). The structure in the LPS of strain Re 595 was shown to induce secretion and aggregation in human platelets.
It is recommended to prepare a solution with concentration ≥2 mg/mL. Vortex thoroughly for more than 10 minutes. Due to the adsorption characteristics of LPS, silanized container or low adsorption centrifuge tubes should be used for aliquoting and storage, and mix thoroughly before use.

Zifogaptide mimics the PDZ-binding motif at the C-terminal of Claudin C and competitively interferes with the interaction between Claudin–TJP1 (ZO-1) scaffold. Zifogaptide can promote epithelial cell migration, reduce scar formation, and accelerate wound healing. Zifogaptide can be used for radiation dermatitis, skin injuries, etc.

OUL312 is a potent PARP10 inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 20 nM), showing more than 75-fold greater selectivity for PARP15 (IC₅₀ = 1500 nM). OUL312 is also at least 18-fold higher than all other human enzymes in the family. Etrinabdione, a semi-synthetic multitarget cannabinoquinoid, has potent anti-inflammatory activity. Etrinabdione attenuates adipogenesis and prevents diet-induced obesity.

Heraclenin, a natural furanocoumarin, significantly inhibits T cell receptor-mediated proliferation in human primary T cells in a concentration-dependent manner by targeting nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT).

SMAP‑29 is a cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide with LPS‑binding and anti‑inflammatory properties. SMAP‑29 exerts broad‑spectrum antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi and multidrug‑resistant isolates. SMAP‑29 kills pathogens by permeabilizing bacterial membranes, inducing depolarization and cell lysis, and also inhibits inflammatory cytokines while reducing lethality in septic shock and pneumonia models. In silico virtual screening reveals that Cichoriin has a strong binding affinity for SARS-CoV-2.

Roflupram is a selective, orally active and brain-penetrant PDE4 inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ of 26.2 nM for core catalytic domains of human PDE4. Roflupram can reverse cognitive deficits and reduce the production of pro-inflammatory factors.

Cholesteryl palmitate-d₇ is deuterium labeled Cholesteryl palmitate. Cholesteryl palmitate is a useful prognostic biomarker for chronic interstitial pneumonia (CIP).
