Dulcoside A (Standard) is the analytical standard of Dulcoside A. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Dulcoside A is a glycoside that can be isolated from Stevia rebaudiana that elicits sweet and bitter taste through activation of TAS1R. Dulcoside A also exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.

Uralione E is a naturally occurring polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol (PPAP). Uralione E exhibits a protective effect against corticosterone (HY-B1618)-induced damage in PC12 cells. In a free fatty acid (FFA)-induced L02 cell model, Uralione E dose-dependently reduces intracellular lipid accumulation, downregulates the expression of FASN and CD36, and upregulates the expression of ACOX1 and PPARα. Uralione E can be used in studies related to neuronal cell damage, lipid metabolism, and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.

Glycitein-7-O-methyl ether (6-Methoxyisoformononetin) is an isoflavone antioxidant with a IC₅₀ of 730.53 µg/mL. Glycitein-7-O-methyl ether exhibits weak free radical scavenging activity and shows no antibacterial activity against tested bacteria and fungi. Glycitein-7-O-methyl ether can be used in antioxidant-related research.

APG-7 binds to the TLR4/MD-2 interface, thereby inhibiting NO production (IC₅₀ of 24.2 μg/mL). APG-7 is an Apigenin (HY-N1201) derivative. APG-7 has low toxicity to the 3T3 fibroblast cell line. APG-7 can be used for the study of oxidative stress and inflammation.

Harman-d₃ is deuterium labeled Harmane. Harmane is a benzodiazepine receptor inhibitor (IC₅₀=7 μM), with IC₅₀ values for mACh, Opioid Receptor, MAO-A/B, and α2-adrenergic receptor of 24 μM, 2.8 μM, 0.5 μM, 5 μM, and 18 μM, respectively. Harmane also inhibits haloperidol and serotonin, with IC₅₀ values of 163 μM and 101 μM, respectively. Harmane inhibits the I1 imidazoline receptor (IC₅₀=30 nM) to reduce blood pressure and has antidepressant, anti-anxiety, anticonvulsant, and analgesic effects. Harmane inhibits dopamine biosynthesis by decreasing tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) activity and enhancing L-DOPA-induced cytotoxicity in PC12 cells. Additionally, Harmane can increase the mutagenic effect induced by 2-acetylaminofluorene (AAF).

PROTAC BRD3 degrader-1 (compound D072) is a potent and selective PROTAC BRD3 degrader. PROTAC BRD3 degrader-1 selectively degrades BRD3 in mice, leading to the downregulation of H3K18ac without affecting BRD2 or BRD4. PROTAC BRD3 degrader-1 reduces intraocular inflammation in the experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) mouse mode and inhibits proinflammatory microglia in both uveitis retina and LPS (HY-D1056) treated mouse microglia cell line BV2. Acamelin is a Benzofuranoquinone compound that acts as a contact sensitizer. It can be isolated from the heartwood of Acacia melanoxylon R. Br., an Australian blackwood. Acamelin induces positive skin reactions and contact allergy in guinea pigs. It is applicable to research related to allergic contact dermatitis.

Phaeocaulisin M is a guaiane-type sesquiterpene containing a novel 1,2-dioxolane-3-ol structure. Phaeocaulisin M inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 macrophages with an IC₅₀ of 6.05 μM, and shows no significant cytotoxicity at the effective concentrations for inhibiting NO production. Phaeocaulisin M is found in the rhizomes of Curcuma phaeocaulis and can be used for research related to inflammatory responses.

Tamoxifen-d₂ (ICI 47699-d₂) is the deuterium labeled Tamoxifen (HY-13757A). Tamoxifen (ICI 47699) is an orally active, selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) which blocks estrogen action in breast cells and can activate estrogen activity in other cells, such as bone, liver, and uterine cells. Tamoxifen is a potent Hsp90 activator and enhances the Hsp90 molecular chaperone ATPase activity. Tamoxifen also potent inhibits infectious EBOV Zaire and Marburg (MARV) with IC₅₀ of 0.1 μM and 1.8 μM, respectively. Tamoxifen activates autophagy and induces apoptosis. Tamoxifen can also be dissolved in corn oil (HY-Y1888) for use in inducing gene knockout in CreER transgenic mice. Tamoxifen has better solubility in corn oil compared to Tamoxifen Citrate (HY-13757).

HMR-4011A (IPL 576092) is an orally active, chemically modified version of Contignasterol. HMR-4011A can be isolated from sponge Petrosia contignata. HMR-4011A reduces inflammation. HMR-4011A can be used in the research of asthma.

Juncutol is a potent inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor. Juncutol decreases the LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated iNOS protein expression.

ROCK-IN-8 (Example 4) is a ROCK inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ value less than 100 nM. ROCK-IN-8 has anti-inflammatory activity. ROCK-IN-8 can be used for research of respiratory and gastro-intestinal diseases.
