FXR agonist 4 (compound 10a) is an agonist of farnesoid X receptor (FXR) with an EC₅₀ value of 1.05 μM. FXR agonist 4 effectively improves hyperlipidemia, hepatic steatosis, insulin resistance and hepatic inflammation in DIO mice. FXR agonist 4 can be used for the research of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

Lenalidomide-d₅ (CC-5013-d₅) is the d₅-labeled Lenalidomide (HY-A0003). Lenalidomide (CC-5013) is an orally active immunomodulatory agent that binds CRBN as a molecular glue to alter substrate specificity, inducing ubiquitination and proteasome-dependent degradation of IKZF1, IKZF3 and CK1α. Lenalidomide induces apoptosis by degrading IKZF1/3, and activates p53 by degrading CK1α. Lenalidomide promotes IL-2 release and effector functions of CD8⁺ T/NK cells, while inhibiting TNF-α secretion and M1-type pyroptosis. Lenalidomide can be used in research related to hematological malignancies, acute liver failure and acute kidney injury.

HSD-016 is a potent, selective and orally active 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11β-HSD1) inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 11, 1 and 8 nM against human, mouse and rat 11β-HSD1, respectively. HSD-016 can be used for type 2 diabetes research.
