Acutumidine (compound 4) inhibits HBsAg secretion in Hep G2.2.15 cells with an IC50 of 2.023 mM, has no activity against HBeAg at concentrations greater than 2.888 mM, and exhibits a selectivity index greater than 1.31[2].
