Description

AD 01, a 24 amino acid peptide of FKBPL (FK506-binding protein like), possesses potent anti-angiogenic activity. AD 01 bind to the CD44 receptor and inhibit tumour cell migration in a CD44 dependant manner[1][2].

In Vitro

AD-01 (1-100 nM; 24 h) up-regulates the expression of CD44[2].
