AI-10-104 is an inhibitor for runt-related transcription factor (RUNX), which enhances the cytotoxicity in myeloma cells[1].

In Vitro

AI-10-104 (0-10 μM) inhibits the RUNX through dissociation of RUNXs-IKZFs complex, enhances the anti-proliferative effect of lenalidomide and its cytotoxicity in myeloma cells[1].
