AMG-108 (MEDI 8968) is a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antagonist targeting IL‑1R1. AMG-108 binds to the third immunoglobulin domain of the type 1 interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R1) and non-selectively inhibits the activity of IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta. The isotype control for AMG-108 can be referred to Human IgG2 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99002).

Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG2 kappa (HY-P99002, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
